What if I want to change or cancel my order?
If your order is en route, has shipped or was delivered, we will be unable to change or cancel it. If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, we will do everything possible to complete your request.

What time will my order be delivered?
Normal delivery hours are 9am-7pm. All business orders will be delivered by 5pm. Times may be delayed due to peak holiday times or bad weather conditions.
Can my order be delivered today?
Yes, in most cases same-day deliver is available as long as you place your order before 3pm. If it’s after 3 and you need something delivered, please call us at 212.662.4400 and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
What days of the week do you deliver?
We deliver 7 days a week.
How can I track my order/see if my order was delivered?
